HOW WE OPERATE

How We Handle Your Data and Account Rights

These six points explain the practical side of how your account data is stored, who can access it, and how you exercise rights under these terms.

Data Retention

We retain your account data — transaction records, identity documents, session logs — for as long as required by applicable law and our internal audit obligations. You can request a summary of what we hold at any time via the help portal.

Cookie Policy

Our site uses functional and analytics cookies. Functional cookies are required for the account session and wallet to operate. Analytics cookies are optional and can be turned off through your browser settings without affecting account access.

Account Security

We store passwords using one-way hashing and enforce two-factor authentication on withdrawals. If we detect an unusual login pattern on your account, we lock it and notify you by email before any further action is taken.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details — name, email, linked UPI handle, Paytm or PhonePe number — submit a request through live chat or email with supporting identity documents. Changes are processed within three working days.

Compliance Contact

For formal terms disputes or data-access requests that go beyond standard support, our compliance desk is the correct point of contact. Reach them by emailing with the subject line 'Compliance Query' and your account ID.

Terms Version History

Each time we update these terms, the previous version is archived in the help portal with a timestamp. You can compare versions side by side and see exactly which clauses changed and when they came into effect.

Questions About Your Rights Under These Terms

Below are the questions we hear most often about how these terms apply to accounts, payments and data. Each answer refers to the current published version of our terms.

These terms become binding at the moment you complete account registration. By submitting your details and confirming sign-up, you acknowledge that you have read the current version and agree to be bound by every clause in it.

We notify you by email when terms change. Continued use of the account after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the new version. The previous version remains accessible in our help portal for your reference.

Yes. The terms cover all deposit and withdrawal transactions including those made via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. If a transaction does not match what the terms describe, raise it with support and we will investigate using the transaction record.

Send a data-access request through the help portal or by email with your account ID. We will compile and share a summary of stored data — identity documents, transaction history, session logs — within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Eligibility depends on whether local law in your jurisdiction permits access to this platform. These terms do not override local law; they operate within it. If access is not permitted where you are located, the account terms cannot create a valid agreement.

We may close an account if you breach any clause — including providing false identity information, operating from a region where access is not permitted by local law, or attempting to exploit a system error. Funds at the time of closure are returned via the original payment method.

Contact the compliance desk by email with your account ID and a clear description of the clause you believe was applied incorrectly. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within ten working days, with written reasoning.
